There is a way in which life simply loves its various parts and parts to enter into relations with each other. Due to the increased connection between the parts, they become more connected to everything, and thus the parts become more solid.
As humans, we are one of the parts of life, and our bodies, lives and consciousness are built in and inseparable from this stream in the direction of greater loneliness - we cannot avoid it. The mechanism for this is a hobby, and principles are applied at all levels of our existence. Therefore, I like to call this force, which leads us to our integrity, to the universal principles of hobbies.
From a certain point of view, the problems that we face in our bodies and lives have much in common with the unconscious, conditioned resistance to the flow of life, as we # 39; again stood stubbornly still in a strong current of the river, or in some cases, trying to go upstream. This requires an intense amount of energy and resources to keep yourself out of the flow of life; energy and resources that we cannot use to recover from injuries, to adapt to stress and the environment, to heal, to love and to serve our neighbors.
Just as the river will put pressure on your body if you stand in it, urging you to go downstream, therefore the life trials and hardships and symptoms that we experience put pressure on us to turn and go the flow of life. From this point of view, nothing is a mistake or a coincidence, not the experiences that we had in our life, not accidents and injuries, not pain or illness, and not the symptoms that we are experiencing now. They all serve goals, and we guide us to our integrity. According to Tony Robbins: "Life does not happen to you, it happens to you."
If we can look at life through this lens, then the only thing that makes sense is to trust our experience, inconvenience or otherwise, and believe that life is trying to show us something in our experience. And since all our experience is translated to us through our bodies, and especially through the sensations in our bodies, it is important if we want to move towards greater integrity, so that we can turn to these sensations and learn how to allow them to feel and feel.
When we draw our attention to our experience in this way, we become attached to the present moment. The resistance I spoke of earlier lives in our bodily mind, in its addiction to past injuries or future fears. Resistance cannot be maintained at the present moment, therefore, when we are anchored at the present moment, the state, the usual resistance to the flow of life begins to lose control over our bodies and lives. When resistance softens, we can let the river of life sweep us in the direction of our integrity.
If you regularly practice drawing attention to your body, over time your experience will prove to you that the life trials and tribulations that you may experience now are not a mistake, they are the door to your wholeness, and ultimately Life is trying to show you that she keeps you.
