Recently in the UK, some ordinary doctors have argued that for the National Health Service to pay for people who are treated with homeopathy is a waste of precious financial resources. Homeopathy takes its name from its fundamental principle of "let it be like medicine." At the end of the 18th century, a German doctor, the founder of modern homeopathy, Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, discovered that he could reduce the symptoms of malaria by swallowing the Peruvian bark for several days. This bark was used to treat malaria in traditional medicine of the time, but it was Dr. Hanemann who developed why it is effective.
Therefore, a homeopathic medicine is prepared from a substance (plants, minerals, etc.), which in its original undiluted form will lead to the same symptoms in a healthy person as the condition in which the remedy cures. The principle of "similar drugs like" was known and applied in the ancient world, including ancient Greece, from the language of which the word homeopathy is formed.
Potentialization - the origin of the dispute
The active ingredient (starting material) is crushed and diluted with alcohol or other preservative liquid. This is called “mother tincture”, which can be safely stored for a considerable time before use. When creating a medicine, a tiny amount of a uterine tumor is successfully depleted with a lot of alcohol or other liquid, and shaken vigorously with each dilution, a process known as success. The procedure for successful and consistent breeding and success is known as potential.
What is remarkable and contradictory in homeopathy is that the more the active ingredient is diluted, the more it becomes stronger. By potency, I mean her ability to help the body's healing process. The homeopath will use lower potencies to treat acute (sudden) conditions and will use higher potencies to treat chronic (long-lasting) conditions.
Ordinary doctors criticize homeopathy because the process of potentiation dilutes the remedy to an amount that leaves little or no trace of the physical substance. But the fact is that it works, and it does, even if ordinary science has not yet figured out how to do it. However, ordinary doctors believe that it works only as a place and is no better than a placebo. I will return to this issue in Part II. Before addressing him, I need to first describe how I believe that homeopathy works and the nature of homeopathic treatment.
It's all about energy
It is true that no one knows for sure how homeopathy works. The answer is as likely in physics as in molecular chemistry. Unlike traditional medicine, which uses pharmaceuticals, homeopathy is energy medicine. The fact that homeopathic remedies are packaged in the form of tablets, pills, or tissue salts can be misleading for researchers. Homeopathy is energy, not trace elements. My belief (not the only one for me) is that in homeopathy, a vibratory imprint or memory of a substance is left after successive dilution and shaking process as a form of energy that the homeopathic remedy transfers to the body, helping the body & 39, its own healing power.
The body contains its own mechanism to heal itself. The task of a homeopath is to write out the means that will stimulate, strengthen and accelerate this mechanism. Symptoms represent the body’s own protection system at work and homeopaths regarding symptoms such as positive indicators that need to be dealt with, and not as useless manifestations that need to be suppressed. This is just one of the fundamental differences in the approach to homeopathy and traditional medicine.
In many ways, I am more pleased to see homeopathy, which works successfully and successfully, not knowing exactly and with certainty how it does it. The mystery is fascinating; there is even a wonderful feeling.
