I was still depressed. Antidepressants had many side effects, so I stopped taking them.

I began to strain. Reading, writing, watching TV. However, I had a lot of time that was hard on my hands. I always liked fashion jewelry. I liked to wear matching jewelry with every outfit I wore. So one day I bought myself a jewelry making kit and learned how to make my own unique jewelry. I'm so excited and consumed - I did a lot of things. My friends loved them too and started buying them from me. For yourself and as gifts for others. Their feedback helped me even more.

In this process, I overcame my depression. I joined the women's social organization as a secretary as a volunteer. Because of my technical experience, I did a great job working on a computer and was very pleased, thinking that I was useful. It is important.

Even if you do not consider yourself a creative or artistic person, a little effort in the right direction can help you come up with your hidden talent. The acquisition of creativity does not mean the creation of a masterpiece or a beautiful work of art. The most important is the creative process itself.
