Today, chakras are a sound word. But what are they really? There's an easy way to find out.
Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit. According to Indian metaphysical teachings, we have dozens of these rotating centers of vital energy within and around us, each of which has a specific function. Chakras even glow in different colors, depending on the speed of their rotation. The fast-moving chakras create cool colors of blue, green and purple. Slower spinners shine warm colors of red, orange and yellow.
There is a simple way to directly perceive your chakras: acupressure, like the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. One of its methods, the main central vertical flow, works with nine pressure points, seven of which are chakras. This simple self-help procedure is considered a general body customization. It harmonizes and nourishes the spell, which is the key to preserving our vital flame of spirit and enthusiasm.
Performing the main central vertical flow includes placing two or three fingers on each of the nine pressure points for two or three minutes each. This stimulates the flow of life force through each of the chakras. You may notice a slight throbbing feeling, like a heartbeat, as you move your fingers along the center line of the front of your body. This sensation is energy, or “chi” move more freely around your body. Sometimes you may feel soreness around the pressure point, indicating a blockage of qi. Stimulating the point frees qi, and the pain goes away. Other sensations that you may feel when opening the chakras are a murmuring stomach, warmth or chills in different areas of your body.
Following the instructions below, you do not need to press very hard. The flow of energy is thin but powerful! For best results, practice the main central vertical flow daily. This can take anywhere from ten to twenty minutes. Good time right before bedtime or first thing in the morning.
Step 1A - With your right hand, place two or three fingers on the top of your head and leave them there until Step 8. The crown of the chakra is a purple color at the top of the head. In Sedona Power Spot, Vortex and Medicine Wheel Guide, Richard Dannelly describes it as the “intersection point between the physical and the mental.” Stimulating this chakra can help unite your everyday consciousness with the consciousness of a higher or universal Self.
Step 1B - Place two or three fingers of your left hand between the eyes. This indigo-exact pressure point, according to Dannelly, is associated with the "pineal gland" or the "third eye" inside the brain. " also known as Anya Chakra. According to traditional teachings, the opening of this chakra enlivens hidden energy deep inside the body and can stimulate ESP.
Step 2 - Then place your left hand on the tip of the nose. No chakra associated with this pressure point. But according to the philosophy of Jin Shin Jyutsu, holding the tip of the nose, revives the reproductive functions.
Step 3 - Now move your left hand to the "V" of your throat. The blue throat chakra is a powerful energy center, which, according to tradition, revitalizes the thyroid gland of the thyroid gland and steam. “This is also the chakra of the human voice,” notes Dannelli, adding that “metaphysically” sound is one of the primary energies of the universe. "
Step 4 - Now place your left hand on the sternum (sternum), which is halfway between the top and bottom of the chest. This green pressure point of the heart chakra is the center of your energy system. When this chakra is open, Thymus glands help, and other immune systems are said to liven up.
Step 5 - Then move your left arm just below the bottom of the sternum. This area is located above the nerve center and the yellow chakra, called the solar plexus. "Mystics and yogis around the world consider this a vital center of the body and a place of will." writes Dannelly. It works. with the adrenal glands and the third eye to draw the healing form of light in your system.
Step 6 - Now place your left hand one inch above your button. This pressure point is not associated with any chakra. But, according to Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioners, he works closely with the solar plexus and can help with intestinal functions.
Step 7 - Now place your left hand in the upper part of the pubic bone. Leave it there for the next step. This orange chakra is known as the main life force. “It revitalizes the organs of the lower body, such as the spleen and ovaries,” says Dannelli.
Step 8 Finally, place your right hand at the base of the spell. This is the root chakra. The red color associated with the genitals, “is your connection to Mother Earth and the energy of her primary life force,” or kundalini, says Dannelli. Awakening this energy can improve blood circulation, especially in the legs and feet. Practitioners of Jin Shin Jyutsu claim that every day these pressure points can relate to a variety of health problems, including digestive disorders, high or low blood pressure, chest pain, fatigue, spinal cord injuries and disc problems, scoliosis, and premenstrual syndrome. Being a permanent ICP sufferer for many years, I can vouch that “movement with the main central vertical flow” eliminated 90% of my symptoms.
The main central vertical flow can be used to supplement traditional medicine or simply to maintain a sense of harmony and well-being. Plato said that learning is simply remembered. When you work at every pressure, remember to smile and breathe slowly and deeply so that you get everything you need.
Jin Shin Jutsu Story
An ancient oral Japanese tradition, Jin Shin Jyutsu virtually disappeared when it was reopened in early 1900 by a Japanese philosopher named Jiro Murai.
Master Murai was born in a long line of medical professionals. As a young man, he contracted a terminal disease. He asked his family to take him to the mountains and leave him alone for seven days. In a feverish state, Murai had a vision to meditate the wise men, using sacred hand movements or mudras, which he then applied to himself as he entered and left his mind. By the seventh day, he was completely healed.
Murai was obliged to spend the rest of his life exploring the connection between his amazing recovery and these mudras. The main central vertical flow was one of the first sets of mudras or flows that Murai installed when he reworked the Jin Shin Jyutsu system that practitioners use and study today.
