Eastern secrets to stop nausea -2

Need a home remedy for nausea?

Oriental medicine says that nausea is caused by the "backward qi of the stomach." Qi means something similar to energy, so the energy of the stomach goes the opposite ... up, not down!

Here are some quick and effective oriental remedies for stopping nausea, be it pregnancy, chemotherapy, or practically any other reason. They do not have side effects of drugs for nausea, and their effectiveness is reinforced by a large number of studies.

Do not underestimate their power, because they seem so simple. There are hospitals that use these natural nausea instead of drugs.

SUCCESS IN THE REPUBLIC

An easy home remedy for nausea that costs nothing is acupressure at a special point on your wrist. It is called “P 6” (because it is the 6th point on the pericardial canal acupuncture channel).

It is located 3 fingers wide above your wrist in the palm of your hand, between the two tendons that stick out when you bend the wrist back and forth. You can simplify it with a blunt object, such as your thumb tip, chopsticks, or, if you're in the office, not the sharp side of a pen or pencil.

Use gentle pressure for about 60 seconds. You may feel a little pain, which is usually a good sign, but uses common sense and does not hurt yourself. Repeat it as often as necessary.

Here is a special bonus - use this in a meeting when someone has a hiccup ... it works great and you will become a party hit!

GIFTING TEA OR CAPSULES

It has been used in China for over 2000 years and is an important herbal medicine. It is strange that ginger is referred only to our spice racks, and not to our medicine cabinets (except for my house, of course!)

Using ginger is quite simple. Either rub it into boiling water and drink tea from it, or buy capsules at a grocery store or a pharmacy and take a couple when you feel nauseous.

If you want to be more specific with your doses ...

... If you have nausea, take 2 to 4 grams of fresh root daily (0.25 to 1.0 g of powdered root).

... if you want to prevent nausea or vomiting ...

Take 2 ginger capsules (1 gram) three times a day, or ...

Take 1/2 h. L. every four hours, or ...

Just chew a small piece of ginger three or four times a day.

It is a good idea to keep both fresh ginger and ginger capsules on hand at home. Ginger is a powerful remedy for many digestive problems. Try it a couple of times, and you can just give ginger at your pharmacy, as well as at your spice rack!
