Hooverball is a variation of volleyball, invented by Herbert Hoover’s doctor, to keep the president in shape. The ball game for medicine, the game is a hybrid of volleyball and tennis.

Gowball can be played on grass or sand. The rules are pretty simple. Throw the ball over the net. If you do not, the other team will receive a point. If you throw the ball, but the opponent (s) cannot catch the ball, you will receive a point. The goal is not to splash a heavy ball like a volleyball, although you can in some cases. Rather, you move away from the ball, slightly leaning over it and squatting down to move the ball along the net.

You cannot move with the ball; Once you have worn it, the medicine ball should be immediately sent back through the net. The only exception to this rule is a ball scored outside. If you catch the ball out of bounds or kicked your catch out of control, you can return to the pitch to run the ball through the net. Female players can go to someone else in their team.

One team supports the rights to participate in the game. The team serves every game in the match. Both sides of the court are divided in half. If the ball is made in the front half of the court, it must be returned to the back half of the opponent’s court. If the player does not do this, the point is awarded to the other team. There are four types of throws: spike, body twist, overhead and trebuchet, which is a one-handed shot, like a shot.

Hooverball has gained popularity in recent years thanks to the popularity of the Cross Fit training program used by police academies, elite athletes and the military. Every year a national hoverball championship is held in the library of the president.
