Do not treat your migraines, do not interfere with them. I know life without a migraine. I was a migraine sufferer for 12 years and treated ... prevented them for my patients for 15 years. The 95% success achieved in my office comes from a combination of research, common sense, and the hard work of my patients.

When I was a teenager, I suffered from a terrible migraine several times a week. Like most of you, I have tried medication and bio-feedback with a little help. Regular chiropractic care provided relief, but my migraines continued. The relief came to me by chance, I was shopping for food and I didn’t have enough money for everything. When I first started treating patients, I was sure that the simple elimination of the diet was the answer for my migraine patients, but many did not respond. I was determined to find an answer to migraine treatment. I looked through thousands of medical research articles about migraines and found the keys I need. The best way to treat migraines is to prevent them successfully. To prevent migraines, I needed to determine the true cause of the migraine.

They are the key to preventing migraines, understanding that they are caused by an overload of toxins in the body. Migraine can be considered as a really serious hangover caused not by alcohol, but by all kinds of toxins from the body and from it. The liver, the body’s primary system for eliminating toxins, is overloaded with migraine sufferers. The liver is not sick, it simply does not function fast enough to detoxify the body. Simple examples of a toxin include alcohol, chemicals, caffeine, and drugs. Toxins also include hormones and chemical compounds that the body naturally produces, but cannot detoxify quickly enough. Toxins can even be food if the digestive tract can not properly break them, for example, preservatives, artificial coloring and artificial flavors. This simple concept meant that thousands of former migraine sufferers did not suffer from pain. If toxins and slow liver function lead to migraines; then a decrease in toxic load and an increase in liver function will prevent migraines.

Tracy T. was 40 years old and suffered from migraines for 13 years. She took Pamelor, Topamax, Esgik Plus and Zomig without any help. She was under the care of a neurologist, her fourth, and received a migraine every day. She was in good health and was following a healthy lifestyle; alcohol and caffeine were avoided and avoided. Avoid the following:

caffeine and decaffeinated coffee, tea and soda

chocolate

artificial coloring

artificial flavor

preservatives

nuts

cigarette smoking or secondary smoke

alcohol - all forms
