Create your own magic spells -2

Magic spells can consist only of words, but most witches prefer to include an item or two, which they can physically manipulate when casting a spell. Including something that you can touch with a spell helps to focus your intent and creates a powerful symbol of what you are trying to achieve. Physical symbols, when loaded correctly during a spell, can become a kind of self-intention. I believe that a properly assembled spell can fill worldly objects with power and that these objects can hold your intention long after you have moved on to other problems. Such an object can help strengthen the power of spells every time you see it, or you can remove it from sight and let your magic work like a seed.

Each spell is a unique thing, and each one requires a special combination of ingredients. For example, if I felt the need to use a good luck spell for myself, the ingredients may vary depending on the situation or the type of perfume that I thought needed to be bound to improve the spell. Creating a spell is very similar to an art form; you draw words and intentions from your heart, combine them with several specific objects and create something more than the sum of its parts.

After you start practicing witchcraft regularly, you will always receive gifts from the natural world. Probably, they offered you, but you just did not understand what they are for. Feathers, stones, seeds, pieces of fur, and other gifts that you find should be the ingredients of your magic spells. After a while you will need a place to keep them all, and I suggest you make and supply them with your magic medicine cabinet.

Find and hold your magic medicine cabinet

The spell could be focused on the pebbles that you found walking along the beach or the seeds of a particularly delicious apple that you enjoyed one autumn, and if I like you, you probably collected dozens of these little treasures, It will benefit your spell processing if these ingredients are kept together, and any type of cabinet or chest will work, but I prefer one made of wood or other natural materials that can be hung on the wall.

You might find something suitable in a store that sells household products, a large spicy wardrobe or a wardrobe for jewelry with drawers and doors, for example. Since many of the items you intend to store will be small, you will need some boxes and bags to help them organize everything. If you know how to sew or crochet, small bags are easy to make, and you can make them exactly the right size for your closet. Another way to hold things is to wrap them with a piece of cloth. Because they are made of one hundred percent cotton, I hold for this big red bandanas.

Along with your natural or "found" ingredients, it is a good idea to stock up your office with the help of several "created" items. For example, some cotton threads, cotton or wool yarn, small squares of paper and beads make very nice additions to spells. Thread and yarn can be used for physical and magical binding, paper can be used to write names or intentions, and a ball in just the right color can add a little extra spice to the spell.

Trusting your intuition

I believe that a witch is formed by nature and forms nature in return for her spells, and only when she fully opens up to receive what nature offers, can she really be formed into a witch, which she should be. Our spells are our medicine for the diseases of the world, and nature with love provides us with all the ingredients we need. After some time, nature will provide you with all sorts of interesting things to get out in your office. If you were grateful for each one and hid it carefully in your magic medicine cabinet, when you need to create a spell, the ingredients for it can instantly penetrate your mind, creating the process of creating a spell almost as magical as the spell itself.

If the ingredients you need for your spell do not immediately come to your head, another good way to allow your intuition to help you clear your mind, open your office, hold your hands over the boxes, open the boxes, look inside the bag and allow yourself to hear, feel or see what you need. This is different from “thinking” about what you need, and I like to discover all your treasures a little bit again. Even though you really know about everything that is, some things will seem “different” or “new” or seem to stand out in some way, and this hint at your intuition that this object will work on your spell.

Casting your spells

Traditions change so much, and the witches themselves change so much that I will not be able to tell you how to create a spell together to make it work for you. I can, however, tell you what works for me in general.

I understand that a spell means that I need to “quit” it or send it to the world in order to do my job. The spell has my intention, and I have to let it go and trust it to work somehow. Release can be very difficult. In the end, if I feel the need for a spell, then something bothers me, and it’s hard for me to give up the problem. But spells are like butterflies, you can't keep them in a drawer, you have to let them go. You have to believe that your butterfly will tremble where it needs to go, so when I cast a spell, I try not to think about it anymore.

When casting spells for healing, I am very inclined to “tie knots”. For spells that should influence the outcome, I usually drink some of them from my heart chakra. I discovered these working styles through practice, experimenting and listening to my intuition. You can do the same, because, as a witch, this is what you need to do.
