Tumbling is a method given by unstable formed stones, which it does with the help of a drum machine, which repeatedly resent stones with alternating coarse fine grains and water. These stones are inexpensive and are used to make light jewelry and other new items, such as key chains.
For beginners, they need to figure out how to cut and polish a cabochon (short cabs). These are gems with flat backs and rounded tops. They can be of any shape round, square and oblong.
