Another idea that, in my opinion, is amazing, is lavender oil, which I use all the time and sprinkle on a pillow before going to bed. In one study at the University of Britain in Southampton, researchers examined 10 adults.
50% of the participants slept in a room where lavender oil was used, and the rest did not. After a week, the group that slept with lavender oil had 20% better quality sleep with essential oil.
These are two ideas, but the good news is that there are more. There are herbs that can help someone sleep, choose food, things you can do that impair your ability to rest and tricks.
