Natural food poisoning - a cure for diseases caused by illness, treatment, supplements and possible medications -2

If you experience the following acute (severe or severe) symptoms, you may be experiencing the effects of food poisoning or foodborne illness:

  • Frequent vomiting lasts more than 1 day (for adults only)
  • Severe diarrhea - loose stools every 1-2 hours, lasting longer than 2 days. (For adults only. Children will be less than one day)
  • Severe dehydration - dry mouth, very dizzy or dizzy, fast heartbeat and breathing, very little or no urine, no tears, sunken eyes, very lightheaded or dizzy.
  • Very severe, sudden pain in the abdomen.
  • Possible symptoms of botulism are headache, double vision, dizziness or dizziness, loss of reflex to light. weakness, drooping eyelids, constipation, dry mouth, muscular and respiratory paralysis.

Now you are asking or, of course, looking for something to minimize or even cure these terrible fibers?

Believe it or not, there are some pretty good or at least partially good natural remedies and remedies for alleviating the symptoms of food poisoning, pain, etc.

The following list is based on my own research, experience and, of course, does not guarantee anything, but they are at least harmless to most normal healthy adults (allergies are not included).

I grouped the funds into generic types and tagged them in order based on what I consider their effectiveness and ease of use. In addition, I would not recommend mixing or trying more than one of these tools at the same time. Wait at least 1-2 hours or more before trying something else, except for the rewet options, which should be consumed as often as your system allows.

liquids

Since fluids are the quickest and easiest thing to take and, as a rule, have the fastest affective response to symptoms, they should be tried first.

Parameters of rewetting - not necessarily to alleviate the symptoms, but they are necessary for the treatment of delayed-change fluids and electrolytes:

  • Water, water with electrolytes, i.e. commercially prepared foods such as Gatorade, enriched bottled water, light fruit juices such as apple juice or milky coconut water;
  • Broth or broth
  • Cream bars and frozen juices can also help.

Tea - as for re-hydration, and to create a nauseous stomach:

  • Ginger tea and ginger extract, taken with lemon juice, are considered very effective for controlling nausea;
  • To soothe the gastrointestinal tract, which has recently been ravaged, good mint tea is recommended, and tannin in tea will help to neutralize the poison, and all mint soothes the stomach;
  • Almond, raspberry, chamomile and blackberry herbal teas.

High acid liquids - It is believed to help kill harmful microorganisms and alleviate symptoms. They are potentially most effective if taken directly or with very little dilution. In any case, drink or slowly sip, and it is recommended to rinse your mouth and teeth with water or immediately mix the baking soda mixture. High acid can eventually destroy the enamel on your teeth.

  • Apple vinegar - 1 - 2 tablespoons, extended by about 8 ounces of water, or add more water to drink. If possible or acceptable, it may be more effective to take tablespoons straight. The most effective apple cider vinegar, presumably unpasteurised, intolerable and unfiltered, if you find it, otherwise try any commercial version you can find.
  • Soft drinks, especially coke - if you drink them flat, otherwise carbonization can potentially cause further irritation of the stomach. To quickly remove carbonation, quickly pour back and forth baking soda between two glasses several times. Then drink or sip gradually.
  • Grapefruit extract - from 2 to 5 drops in a glass of water.
  • Lemon juice - I saw different options, but first of all I take the juice of 2-4 lemons and either drink the juice directly or mix it with warm water and swallow it.

Absorbents

Some form of charcoal or activated carbon or carbon Charcoal is natural and has very good absorption or binding properties. It is used by emergency medical personnel for the initial treatment of various poisonings. It can be bought as a capsule or powder behind the counter. Follow the directions on the label. Another simple and quick option is toast bread until it turns brown if not burned.

Bread or crackers , Bread or crackers can absorb poisons, which can minimize their effects.

Herbs and Natural Antibiotics

These agents are known as antibiotic, antiseptic and antioxidant properties:

Garlic - The fastest way to turn it into your system is to cut a small clove (part of the moon ball from an onion), remove skin or husk, and swallow it with water, as if you swallowed a pill. Other cooked forms should be equally effective. One quick way is a microwave (1-2 minutes depending on how much) to remove the husk and knead it to form a paste. Mix the pasta with honey or sugar, salt and apply on toast or bread.

Extract Goldenseal - The root, which is associated with the family of plants buttercup. Usually mixed with water. Follow the instructions on the label.

Barberry - shrub, where the root, bark and berries have healing properties. You can purchase both capsules and liquid extracts. Again, follow the instructions on the label.

Papaya fruit - eat raw or after boiling in water. Works to smooth digestion and control nausea.

There are many other herbs, plant seeds, roots, leaves, etc., such as basil, ginseng, astragalus, ginger root, licorice, peony root, cumin and fenugreek, which are also marked as having minimal effect on the symptoms of food poisoning, and in the case of something new, consult and do your own research on dosages or follow the instructions on the labels or advise doctors or other specialists before trying more exotic means.

Other measures to take

Room temperature - Avoid excessive heat or cold, which can aggravate symptoms such as nausea. Adjust your thermostat for maximum comfort.

Stress - you are already undergoing abnormal stress. You need to minimize all work or personal stress. Turn on the music for smoking or you have visitors that will help with a pleasant and enjoyable conversation.

Sleep - sleep allows your body to divert energy to the problem and recover from the stress and energy necessary to fight the disease. Even after taking any of the above remedies that can help relieve pain and symptoms, you will not feel close to fully recovered until after a good long sleep.

Don

Products against diarrhea - Do not use over-the-counter medicines such as Imodium or Lomtil. Diarrhea is your body capable of flushing out toxic microorganisms. These medicines can interfere with the body’s ability to fight infection. Only after consulting a doctor or getting a prescription if you take something like this.

Antacid products - Stay away from these products. As you can see above, one of the common ways to treat the symptoms of food poisoning is to make your system more acidic to help kill pathogens. Antacid products will actually reduce the reaction of the acid in your system and may provide a more favorable environment for the growth of bacteria, thereby prolonging and possibly worsening your symptoms.

Do not encourage or induce vomiting. At least for food poisoning symptoms, this is unlikely to help your symptoms. Your body will already know that it has an infection or toxoid, and will respond accordingly. See below to determine at what point you think you should see or call a doctor.

Avoid certain foods during the initial recovery. During the first few hours to a day or so after the symptoms (that is, diarrhea and vomiting) stopped you, the digestive system will still be sensitive and weak. Stay away from heavy, high-alloyed, acidic, spicy, fatty, sweet or dairy products. Instead, try simple, light foods like cereals, crackers, broth, or other light soups.

At what point should you go to the doctor or go to the emergency room?

There are certain groups of people who need to see a doctor or turn to emergencies at the first sign of food poisoning. These include babies or young children, the elderly, people with a chronic illness or a weakened immune system (for example, HIV / AIDS, cancer and chemotherapy, or kidney disease). These groups of people are most at risk of becoming infected with the more serious consequences of food poisoning, including death.

If you do not fall into this category, but you experience the following more serious symptoms, you need to call or go to the doctor or immediately go to the emergency room:

  • Difficulty swallowing, speaking or breathing
  • Slurred speech, double vision or dizziness
  • Muscle weakness or paralysis, especially if it occurs after eating mushrooms, canned, or shellfish
  • Fever above 101degrees F with abdominal symptoms
  • Vomiting of blood or blood circulation in the intestines
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea that lasts more than two days, even if it is able to drink fluids
  • Cannot take normal prescribed medication due to vomiting
  • Obvious cooling or swelling of the abdomen
  • Dark color urine or full stop in urination
  • Extreme thirst, dry mouth, and when you pinch your back, the skin remains trapped.
  • Skin and / or eyes turn yellow
  • Persistent, localized abdominal pain
  • Other family members or friends who ate the same are also sick.
  • Symptoms begin after recent trips abroad
  • One or more joints swell or a rash falls on your skin

If you are not sure, take no risks and at least call your doctor. Bourne's food disease suffers from hundreds of thousands and kills thousands of people in the US each year.
