The Real Benefit of Medicare Part C Advantage Plans -2

In the late 1990s, the US government had a great idea to begin privatizing Medicare. The 1997 Balanced Budget Act created new health care options for Medicare beneficiaries through Medicare + Choice. It was later renamed Medicare Advantage. This version of Medicare + Choice or Medicare Advantage has been designed to give older citizens more options for getting their Medicare benefits. Having the right to choose, this is the American way, and this bill was pushed through the congress on this idea. These proud older citizens have the right to choose Part C Advantage private insurance and refuse traditional part A and B. Medicare. Privatization of social security benefits has led to many problems, including: more cost for the US government, limited health care options for Part C Advantage Recipients and unscrupulous companies C Advantage.

The cost of Medicare is to precipitate the bankruptcy of the United States social security system. The US approves 599 billion, or 20% of federal spending on Medicare, this number will increase as the generation of the baby boom reaches retirement. The hope that the privatization of Medicare Part A and B would lead to a reduction in social insurance costs proved wrong. In fact, the cost of the social insurance system is more for Medicare Advantage than the traditional part of Medicare A and B. According to a study in September 2010, the cost of the US government is $ 1,140 more than the same number of patients under traditional Medicare. This is a type of cost that must be reduced to save the Medicare system.

Part C Advantage Plans are organized very similarly to basic health insurance. Most US citizens have their own lives. Benefit plans include coverage areas, network doctors, and coverage limits. These health restrictions are what most working Americans expect and manage without any complications. Older citizens refuse traditional Medicare, sometimes the best medical care in the world, for private insurance, which has significant limitations. Most Medicare Advantage recipients do not understand that they were withdrawn from Medicare Part A and B until they got sick and cannot see a doctor or get the treatment they need. Medicare benefit plans do not provide better health care for older people.

The insurance part of Medicare C Advantage is public financing of private insurance for individuals who refuse Medicare Part A and B. These privately held insurance companies in business make money just like all other companies. To do this, they must reduce costs and bring as much as possible income. This does not bode well for Part C recipients, they are faced with private insurance for benefits and are forced to cross an endless supply of red tape. Medicare Advantage insurance companies are also hiring very aggressive sales forces to sell their excellent program to older citizens who need to protect Medicare traditions now more than ever.

The balanced budget act of 1997 attempted to privatize Medicare, which was a total failure. In fact: it cost the social security system more for the administrator, providing a lower class of benefits for beneficiaries and causing corruption in Medicare. Medicare Part A and B are the best healthcare program in the world and should be recognized as such.
