Medicine saved my life, but herbs and environmental changes cured my allergies.
I love modern medicine. It saved my life many times when I had asthma. So I'm not here to knock the medicine. I just believe (from my own experience) that, despite the incredible breakthroughs and heroics in medicine, sometimes they simply cannot find the cause. That was my experience on my path of treating allergies and asthma from my body.
I was amazed that my doctors were not interested in finding out or even heard about what I did to get rid of asthma. And I do not believe that their disinterest was that it would threaten their occupation. I just think that their training and conditioning was not in the search for drugs, but only in treatment.
Search
At 18, I gave up drugs and shots. I still took drugs as needed, and if necessary I used an inhaler, but I did not see my allergist. I decided to see what Chirporactors and Nutritionists can offer. This led to reading books about nutrition, and I tried all of the following:
Herbs, cell salts, vitamins, minerals, apple cider vinegar, raw goat's milk, protomorphogenes (from animal parts) and many other things that I took. That was the day the health food stores were for wierdos.
After many failed herbal, vitamin and natural experiments. While I felt healthy, allergies and asthma were still part of my life. I decided to speed up the search.
The following approach worked for me:
5 steps to get rid of allergies
How I got rid of asthma and allergies was associated with 5 things:
# 1 Clean Liver - The liver, when it is toxic, can overproduce histamine, causing a hypersensitive and overly reactive immune response. There are liver herbs and some juices that can detoxify liver toxins and extra histamines.
# 2 Clean Diet - Preservation of inflammation by reducing sugars, starches and refined products keeps the body from over-reaction to allergens and threats to the immune system.
# 3 Avoiding - Avoiding cats, dogs and allergens, while I took four steps, I also allowed myself to survive immunity.
# 4 Clean Bedroom - Allergy-resistant sheets, pillowcases and leaving my room free of dust mites, mold and bacteria. Thus, my immune system will rest at night, and not work all night against the environment. By the way, these are dust mites excrement, and not dust mites themselves, which cause allergic reactions when inhaled. Change the pillow to synthetic (do not like ticks) and buy a new one every 9-12 months.
# 5 Clean Environment - Further, the simplest step in this is finding an air purifier that kills viruses and bacteria (with UV radiation), absorbs pollen (HEPA), captures pollution (ion) and can kill mold and mold (optimal ozone layer) to allow immune the system is restored every night, reducing allergic reactions.
In fact, it is not so difficult when you take the steps above. As soon as your body and immunity are rebalanced, you can find, like me, that I could eat, as I wish, with any allergic response.
