The problem with insulin imbalance is twofold. One of the problems is the direct connection between insulin and the stomach. The more insulin you have, the more fat on your stomach you tend to wear. This is a medical problem, because animal fat has different enzymes in it, which is an imbalance of hormones. Women with too much estrogen can have breast tenderness, heavy bleeding, uterine fibroids, and other problems. That is why it is important to maintain a balance of estrogen and progesterone.

An imbalance between estrogen and progesterone, especially the predominance of estrogen, can occur at any age. It is tragic to see how children develop insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes, which is traditionally known as adult-induced diabetes. Another problem with hormonal balance is the fact that cortisol is a balancing hormone for insulin. This means that if insulin goes down, cortisol also goes out of impact. A very real connection with hormones: cortisol can affect your hormones, and progesterone, the building block for cortisol, is also the building block for estrogen and testosterone.

What does it mean? If you have a high demand for cortisol due to your body trying to balance insulin, and you take all your building blocks and push them to cortisol, you will not have the building blocks necessary for estrogen and testosterone. You also cannot balance your estrogen with progesterone.

In a nutshell, this is a simple link between diet and hormones. It is important to monitor your diet so that hormones do not become unbalanced and cause serious health problems.
