ADD without Hyperactivity is still called ADHD-2

Previously, ADHD was the most common acronym for attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity. As more children are diagnosed with very hyperactive, the community usually uses the term ADHD. There is no real difference in their use, except that they are at different ends of the hyperactivity scale. A child who, as they say, has ADD, is considered quiet, clings to himself and, as a rule, dreams of a person. A child with hyperactivity needs constant communication or attention and cannot sit still for a while.

Hyperactivity in people without ADHD is usually caused by excessive muscle activity caused by sugar intake or other aspects of the diet. Eating sugary cereals or caffeine for breakfast can increase brainwave activity and cause ADD hyperactive symptoms. To maintain this hyperactivity, the user must continue to consume these types of products throughout the day. Children with ADHD do not need these things to be hyperactive, and in some cases these products have actually reduced the symptoms for a while.

Children with ADDITION without hyperactivity are slightly less diagnosed than children with hyperactivity. This is illustrated by the old adage: "A squeaky wheel gets butter." The hyperactive symptoms in a child with ADHD attract more attention to them and force the parent or teacher to receive help due to constant interruptions. A child without hyperactivity is often referred to as slow or not as smart as the others, and therefore other reasons for their behavior and reactions are not studied. Children with ADHD without hyperactivity are more often diagnosed in girls and then in boys. In general, boys are more ferocious and active, which leads to easier diagnosis of hyperactivity.

In most cases, ADHD with or without hyperactivity can be treated with stimulants and non-stimulant drugs. In both cases, there are certain brain waves that are hyperactive, but sometimes these hyperactive tendencies do not affect the symptoms of ADD.
