Traditional Chinese Medicine - Principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine-2

Traditional Chinese medicine is an ancient system of medicines from China. This is about 2000-3000 years old treatment system. This has been largely practiced in China, but has now spread throughout the world and is considered as an alternative drug system. In short, it is called TCM. It works by understanding the human body as a universe, and diseases are cured after a full diagnosis and differentiation of syndromes. This drug does not act on the disease, but on the underlying cause of the disease, so the likelihood of a particular disease is reduced.

The basic principle of traditional Chinese medicine is that the body consists of five elements, that is, metal, water, wood, fire and earth. An imbalance in these five elements is the cause of any disease in the body. Balance - they are supported by the flow of energy in the body. This energy flows through paths along the body, called meridians. The flow of energy is called chi. Sometimes blockages in these pathways disrupt the smooth flow of energy, which leads to disturbances in the body. Coordination of energy, organs of the body and elements leads to a healthy mind and body.

Traditional Chinese medicine uses various methods of maintaining homeostasis in the body. Each method works along the same principle of energy paths, but the procedure is different. They are:

- Acupuncture: this method involves the introduction of pointed needles on specific points of the body, called acupuncture points. These points are located on the meridians. Insertion at these points releases tension in the muscles and stimulates the free flow of blood. With the activation of contraction of points and relaxation of muscles, it is restored, and this eliminates any blockage in the meridians.

- Cupping therapy: with plastic cups, suction or a vacuum is created in places of pain. This absorption produces heat at this point, which increases circulation in this area. It also releases accumulated toxins in this part. It is mainly performed on the back, it is very effective in treating the body, giving relaxation.

- Cauterization: it also works on the concept of heat, as when arrested, but it uses moxa wool. Moss wool is obtained from the Mugwort plant. Moxa-wool stick is kept at some distance from the treated part. The heat comes to the smoke of the burning end of the moxa stick.

- Chinese herbal medicine: herbs are considered the best medicines in Chinese medicines. They believe that each grass has five temperatures among the hot, cool, cool, warm and neutral. Herbalist determines the temperature of your body, and then gives you the right grass. These herbs are either applied to the body in the form of oils, or can be included in diets.

- Traditional method: once traditional Chinese medicine works to remove negative energy around you and attract positive with the use of Feng Shui aesthetic products. Feng Shui is a Chinese product that controls the energy of the universe. They are very useful for you to be calm, happy and relaxed.

-Tai-nu-massage: this massage includes the activation of acupressure points by friction, stretching, pressing. This is done without the use of oil or grease on the body, so no need to unclamp any part.

These are the methods used in traditional Chinese medicine. All these methods are safe, relaxed and without any side effects. Thanks to the fruitful results, these methods are gaining popularity all over the world.
