So you want to be fit, and you heard that boxing is a fun way to do it. Well, you're right! Boxing is a type of interval training that allows you to get a high level of heart rate with short bursts of activity. When you combine several short bursts of activity into an exercise regime for about 20 minutes, you really see the benefits to fitness. You will see not only your strength, but also your cardiovascular fitness. With the activities listed below, you will also see an improvement in your abdominal strength, helping you get this elusive package 6!

Before you begin, you will need an excellent selection of boxing gloves and boxing gloves and a seating mat.

Try this scheme in the next boxing training!

Partners - 1 minute rounds, and then exchange
