If planning exercises are difficult, divide them into smaller sections. Instead of doing 100 seats at one time, why not split them into 25 four times a day? When you walk around the house, carry a tin can in each hand and lift it up and down with concentration. If you have a ladder, do not wait until the bed lifts them. Take a break twice a day and just take the stairs. You can also learn deep breathing exercises. They are great for stress, which is the main reason why most people overeat.
