There are three areas that need clarification: health care, medical insurance and health care. These three terms are often used interchangeably, but they are very different from each other. Despite recent conversations in all these areas, the focus was rather uneven. We all know what these terms mean. I just thought it was time to retrain:

Health: our condition is in good condition, that we all want and have to live those lives that we want

Health care: a service that takes care of us and keeps us in this state or returns us to the state of health

Health insurance: coverage that gives us access to such help

The reason why these three areas continue to arise in conversation is that they are all sources of great pain. In the US today, we spend a lot of resources trying to fix a faulty system. We saw problems and started working on solutions. That's good, but I think we should spend a little more time in one of the categories before we think that we have a fix for the other two.

Do not misunderstand me. I agree that there are some problems with the system that can be improved. I am glad that we are working on solutions, but I have one serious problem in the current conversation: none of the proposed solutions consider health as a way to fix medical insurance or medical insurance.

Which category is being neglected? The same category that led us along our current path: Health. There is a reason why the word health is in the name of the other two categories. Health is the root of the problems we deal with.

What is the problem? Well, to begin with, let us return to the above definitions: health care is the provision of medical instruments and services for maintaining our health. Health insurance is just in place to provide coverage so that we can pay for such care whenever we need it.

Why do we need medical care or coverage to pay for it? Because our health is not what should be. It is clear that we use only medical insurance and medical insurance to improve our health. When there is a health problem, we use health care. Health insurance helps us pay for this help. The ultimate goal is to restore or maintain health. That is why we see a doctor. Hospitals, clinics, specialists and all medical professionals work to keep us healthy or to take care of us when we do not.

We can talk about the system and how care is too expensive. We can conclude that with the rising cost of medical care insurance will also be high. It makes sense. However, we cannot say that health lies at the heart of all this.

Why should health be included in a health or health insurance solution? Because we have more control over our own health than we have over a complex system, such as health care or health insurance. Our health (or lack of concern for it) is what disturbed our system in the first place.

Now this is not so bad. In fact, it can be good if you can see it from my point of view.
Think of it as a reform plan:

- Everyone cares about their health and anticipates themselves in good condition.

“We need to care less about chronic conditions and other preventable diseases, while doctors may offer prophylactic options rather than reactive methods that act as adjuncts to injuries caused by violence against lifestyle.

- The system will not be overflowed with procedures and medications.

- The premiums that you and I pay for our insurance coverage are more than enough to cover the required amount of assistance. The money we pay for this care becomes cheaper, with the result that insurance rates go down with them.

The most beautiful thing is that by improving our health, we fix the system. This is the only way to reform health care. First you need to reform the health care. It must become responsible and remain a priority for all of us.

Any other care and insurance solution will be destroyed in the same way as our current system, unless we add health to the equation. Regardless of how effective, inexpensive or modern the new system is, if we continue to abuse, abuse and depend on it to correct years of misuse and neglect (the system and ourselves), it will fail, the System will break and it will fail.

I know that we all want to be healthy. I also know that we want to feel safe in the quality of care we receive, and we want it all at a reasonable price. I believe that no one should have access to medical care. I also believe that no one should lose their home due to medical bills. No matter what your ideal solution looks like, I think we can all agree that, as a world power, we need to be healthy and well taken care of.

Although many, if these issues are discussed in the field of care or insurance. We have to remember one thing: our health is the biggest factor in this equation. Health is the root of it all. The worst part of it: we are the biggest factor in our own health, which means that we are the reason for the need for reform. The best part about this: we are the biggest factor in our own health, which means that we are the biggest factor in health care reform. This is a right; You are the key to solving the national health crisis. By solving (or, hopefully, simply avoiding) your own health crisis, you prevent a crisis of the state of the nation.

I heard from doctors who stepped up as health advocates. I heard and worked with insurance brokers who continue to be insurance lawyers. Both of these groups are largely united in our great nation. The work they do matters and helps us move forward.

We have advocates for health and medical insurance, but something is still missing. Who is the health advocate? I consider myself a health advocate. I fully accept the responsibility not only to take care of my health, but also to help others maintain a healthy lifestyle.

By doing this, we avoid many of the costs and burdens in our system, because we prevent chronic diseases. We avoid the costs and complications of surgeries and drugs. We even show the next generation with a new way to manage healthcare, healthcare and health insurance.

I can't do it alone. I will continue to give all that I have, but I need others to do the same. Each of us has control. You have a health crisis solution. The solution solves the health crisis. This is not a decision that should come from Washington. This is not a solution you can find with your doctor or hospital.

The solution is you. By managing your health, you solve the problem. Health, healthcare and medical insurance come together in one conversation and are often even used interchangeably. The most important lesson for all of us is that we are not who they are. Although all three areas that we discussed are related and are key components of the system. We need to remember that the root of the system is health - your health.
