
Heart disease simply did not develop because of this to the extent of today. More drugs are now available than ever before. Another fact is that people taking statins for lowering cholesterol, more than 80 percent more develop diabetes. Also, a survey by a cancer research center of 900 women aged 50 to 70 who took statins for 10 years or more doubled the risk of breast cancer.
Heart attack
As in cholesterol, it was confirmed, LDL cholesterol does not cause heart disease. According to the results, most people who die from heart attacks and strokes have normal and low cholesterol. What high cholesterol also means is not the cause of a heart attack. Therefore, the theory of cholesterol and heart disease is basically false.
However, the trigger of heart disease, cholesterol can indirectly participate in heart disease due to the changing nature of one of the LDL cholesterol particles. This means that LDL cholesterol consists of two types of particles: A and B. Type A is described as a fluffy floating particle that moves safely around an artery. It will not damage the lining of the arterial walls and will not make any arterial plates. However, type B is a smaller particle. It is most susceptible to oxidation, and when this happens, it becomes sticky. Due to its sticky effect, it can be embedded in the lining of the hands. The plaque begins to build and damages the arterial pads, which become the blockage of the hands. It is here that inflammation creates free radicals. This, in turn, damages the lining of the arteries and oxidizes LDL particles. This is the combination required to set the arterial plaque into motion. Inflammation is like an octopus with its tentacles and the cause of many chronic diseases.
About treatment, not treatment
Alternative health has gained momentum over the years, because it develops the disease and better cope with the main problem. This is what you can do to protect your heart and overall health. The fact is, and there is no denial of it, the disease itself is associated with nutrition or the way of cooking; this may also include how food is grown in some cases (GMO).
Limit and avoid processed foods, as far as possible, that contain refined vegetable fats, sugars and chemical additives. Avoid all sugary drinks that include most fruit juices. A very important point to always keep in mind is to avoid everything that has sugar. Sugar is the culprit, not the salt in the last few decades of disinformation, although it does not use table salt, but only natural salt. Most of our wheat today has a chemical that damages your intestinal flora and can cause many chronic diseases.
Include in your diet a lot of fresh organic vegetables and fruits, the better. You should also have foods like fatty meats, butter, cream and cheese, at least in moderation. It won't hurt you. Animal fats do not raise cholesterol and do not cause heart disease, and do not expect you; our body needs fat. Make sure your body remains hydrated, do not force water, but drink a lot when you crave, and strange glass between meals, and not with food. Get a moderate exercise at least four to five days a week, even just go for a walk. Avoid extreme exercise, as this can increase inflammation and free radicals, which can damage your arterial pads and oxidize LDL type B particles.
