1. Gargling with warm salt water
One of the cheapest and easiest ways to treat a sore throat is to rinse hot salt water in your mouth for about one or two minutes. Salt water acts as a disinfectant that helps cleanse or kill any bacteria in the mouth. Salty warm water acts as a relaxing muscle and tissue in the mouth and throat. This will help relieve sore throat.
2. Use a humidifier with eucalyptus oil in it
If you have a moisturizer, you can use it to clear your throat. Simply add eucalyptus oil to the humidifier and inhale it. If you do not have a humidifier, just get a large bowl of hot water and then add eucalyptus oil to it. Then take a blanket and cover it all over your body. Once you have done this, simply take out a bowl of large water and place it in your blanket so that you can breathe smoke into your lungs. Be careful with hot water. This will help clear your lungs and make you breathe better!
3. Perform regular deep breathing exercises.
