I have been reading books on spirituality in the last few years, since my sufferings reached a peak. Now I feel better, but I am not completely free from my mind. I watch the mind, sometimes they capture me, and sometimes they don’t.

I know about most famous spiritual teachers, but recently one of my friends introduced me to an anonymous spiritual teacher, aptly named Anon I mus. I spent some time on his website, on the Facebook page and on the YouTube channel, and this is how I can summarize his teachings and my views on them.

  • Anonymous user

Anon I mus emphasizes the fact that the main reason he wants to remain anonymous is that he sees how people are drawn to the form and past of the spiritual teacher. He uses the famous analogy with Pinger pointing to the moon, and the need for the seeker to stop praising spiritual teachers and focus more on the message. He appears in his videos and paintings with a disguised face. Cool effects there. I wonder what software he uses ... just joking.

  • Purpose of the universe

When a person begins to search for spirituality, some of the important questions facing him include: What is the purpose of the universe? What is the purpose of my life? What should I do with my life? Anon I mus explains that before the world existed, before the big bang, when only pure consciousness existed, there was a lot of creativity, energy, love that the Universe was born to express, explore and expand itself. To know oneself, consciousness took the form of birth. You know nothing if nothing happens. Take it

  • Dualistic world and suffering

The universe exists in duality: hot / cold, male / female, high / low, etc. When the consciousness hopes for this dance of forms, an illusion of separation is created. As identification with a form increases (thoughts and emotions), the sense of separation seems to be a reality, and then suffering arises. Then the pain of suffering becomes the motivation for people to know their true nature, and then awaken. Hide-and-seek ends when consciousness knows itself.

  • To achieve peace

Anon I mus says we give up all mental things; attachments, fears, desires, aspirations, beliefs, etc., because they are only a hindrance from being completely yourself. Awareness is the key. Keep in mind everything that happens in the mind, as an observer, so go above thoughts, and do not get involved in them unconsciously. Anon I mus does not refer to any spiritual practices, since he believes that subsequent practices alone have given us a reason to become ambitious in achieving something when there is nothing to achieve; just be.

  • Business practice with spirituality

Anon I mus is firmly convinced that all spiritual teachings should be free and prevent people from taking their business out of the teachings. All teachings come out of one consciousness, and therefore it is not the property of any one person to sell and earn money. I do not agree with him here. In our world, because we spiritually awaken and understand how dysfunctional our social and economic structures are, we need to find a means to make teachings accessible to many people, and also to earn a living. This is just my perspective.

To summarize, I love this guy and the work he does. He works hard, and his efforts are commendable. Beginners who have never heard of spiritual topics will find his video interesting. His language is simple and straightforward. He regularly posts helpful spiritual messages on his Facebook and Tumblr page, and even offers a free e-book on his website. I find his teaching very close to that of Eckhart Tolle, but the message sounds more poetic than practical. With that said, you should definitely check out his teachings and, possibly, get new perspectives. His videos carry great visual effects, not to mention his words of wisdom. Peace!
