A cash machine is something that everyone needs to cover the basics: food, shelter and clothing. It is also a machine that provides us with additional services that allow us to be comfortable (who wants to do without a car, at home, travel, etc.). Most people in the US (or in the Western Hemisphere) depend on their work as an ATM.
Unfortunately, work days at work are no longer a reality. Work lasts anywhere from one to seven years, and even this stretching. The only time you can save a job for life is to create it yourself. But are you ready to do all the necessary work to install the ATM that takes care of you and your family?
Eighty percent of Americans say “NO”, we would have preferred someone else to run the business, and we just do our job. For the remaining 20%, the answer is clear, they want to get away from the Race race (as in the cash flow game of Robert Kiyosaki) and start earning their own income.
It comes down to determining how you can make money using your experience. It’s hard to quit your job to start yourself if you don’t have all the information you need to succeed. He is also beyond knowledge. You need to have connections, enough money to support yourself for at least 6 months and support your family.
For me, I decided that I needed a few small streams of income. I do not want to rely on only one source. I'm looking for places where I can get a positive cash flow and enough cash flow to support my basic needs, plus enough to further increase my income.
I am engaged in at least 10 projects at any time. Some of them are speculative, while others give me instant cash. The best scenario is to balance the mix for maximum impact.
