When most people go to the gym, they have goals, such as improving their strength, burning fat, or increasing their muscles. But what about speed? If you are an athlete or even if you are just an everyday person, improving your speed should be the goal, no matter what gymnastics you are doing or what kind of sport you play.

What do you need to do to become faster? What speed should you perform? Let's give you the best exercises to use if this is your goal.

1. Press the Tempo Leg button. Foot tempo pressing is a great exercise that needs to be done to create speed and strength in your lower body. What you do here is a regular, standard foot press, instead of using 3 seconds to lift, 1-second pause, and 3 seconds to slow down. You will click on the weight as quickly as you can, and you will find that this is what will give you high power and speed.

Then slowly lower the weight, so that you still get a gain in force on the eccentric.

2. Interval sprints. Interval sprints are followed in the list of things to consider adding to your workout. You will need to have generous cardiovascular conditions to be as fast as possible, and they will get to you.

Interval sprints are all about speed, so this is training for your goal. Always choose interval sprints for sustained cardio workouts.

3. Throw the ball for medicine. Another interesting exercise that needs to be done in your training session is throwing the ball. Throw a heavy bag of medicine against the wall as hard as you can. This is useful for developing the speed of the upper body, because you need to quickly accelerate the movement with the ball to move it around the room.

Just watch how you do not use such a heavy medicine ball, and it is impossible to quit. It must be heavy, but reasonable.

4. Burpe. Finally, add some burpees to your workout. This plyometric exercise is ideal for stimulating the fast muscle fibers in your body, which will then be used to help you push through any weight you lift or move a pattern that you can use.

If you focus on including at least one, if not all of these four exercises in your workout, you will be on your way to noticeable changes in your speed capabilities.
