 Why you should use balls for medicine in cardio workouts - Part 2 -2

Last time, we looked at how medicine balls can help you create a solid, durable and “torn” middle part, and how you can use them with simple, simple exercises to create intentions and sports versions of the same movements that will help you to better form that much faster. This time we will look at how to turn them into real cardio workouts and how to create super exercises. who will do three different things at once!

Honey balls can also be used to do some pretty intestinal exercises that are impossible without them. For example, Woodchopper (as described by trainer John Davis). Start standing upright, holding the copper ball at the waist. Bring the medicinal ball to the weapon. stretch in front of you, land and touch the ball on the ground. Immediately explode, jumping into the air and bringing a medical ball upstairs. Earth, reset and repeat. Keep going until doom becomes a good idea.

For amazing cardio, combine several exercises into complexes (as mentioned with exercises in the abdominal cavity). Choose 3-5 exercises and perform 5-10 reps of each exercise back, not resting between exercises. As soon as you finally finish the whole chain, rest for 1-3 minutes and repeat. The approximate complex can be:

- Woodchperper x 10

- Pushups (both hands on the medicine ball) x 10

- Soft helmet x 10 x

- Squats (with a raised copper ball) x 10

- Situps with med ball x 10

Another great thing about copper balls is how you can add different elements to one exercise, doing almost “super movement”. Let's look at an example.

First lunge. This is a pretty tough move. Let me add a dynamic (explosive), and in turn, cardiovascular element, turning them into jumping lungs. By doing this, you fall into a fallout position, jump into the air, switch legs in the air, on the ground, and repeat with the other foot. Now add one more item holding the medicine ball. Exercise only intensified. But, let's take one more step by adding a flash ball. Each time you land your left foot forward, turn left so that you turn left and the ball is pointing left. Every time you land your right foot forward, cancel it.

Try to do it for 10-12 reps for each leg and make sure that you do not hack or puff.
