The fastest way to start using dairy products without any lactose intolerance symptoms is to take a lactase enzyme supplement.

With a gallon of milk, you simply add a scoop of the enzyme lactase enzyme once. On the other hand, taking a lactase enzyme capsule every time you drink a glass of milk or eat a cake made with milk becomes expensive and annoying. The problem with supplements with lactase is that they can be messy and lumpy when added to milk, which leads to inadequate breakdown of lactose. There is a way around this that often attracts people's attention.

What for? Probably because the lactase enzyme industry wants to keep calm. If everyone knew that there is a long-term solution to the problem of lactose intolerance, they will be in all of this, since this is the most cost-effective and proven method for the treatment of lactose intolerance.

There are strains of bacteria that occur naturally in our digestive system, which create the enzyme lactase.

However, they are not in high enough quantities, so the amount of the lactase enzyme they produce is negligible. They are also killed by antibiotics, stress, poor food choices and harmful bacteria.

Bacteria that produce lactase can be replenished with specific probiotic strains in large quantities.
