Another important component of developing a strong immune system is good nutrition. The food we eat can lead us to greater health. The problem today is that we did not eat the right foods. Today, food contains preservatives and chemicals and toxins. The more food is taken out of its natural state, the worse for you and your health. Every meal should have some kind of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Our goal should be to eat as many natural foods that God intended us to eat.
