3 Fundamental Pilates fitness equipment that you cannot do without-2

At present, the term “Pilates” is almost meaningless, and not a mercantile gambit. On this day and during many exercises, the phrase Pilates is used, but no one recognizes which one is real and which one is fake. But no matter what kind of pilates you use, they all need some kind of fitness equipment for pilates.

The names of simulators required for Pilates may be referred to by different names, for example, a Swiss ball, a resistance ring, and other such names. Regardless of what they called, these pilates simulators are necessary.

Why pilates mate?

A mother is needed, but the trend used for Pilates is slightly different from some others. For example, a yoga mat is lighter and not built to withstand the same stresses. Pilates mat is durable, comfortable and provides a durable surface and cushion.

With a common yoga mat, you can feel the floor when standing. But with the Pilates mat, even when you are lying on your back and doing your pubic elbow, you will not feel the wooden floor in the gym. They are well cushioned and stand year after year.

The Pilates mat should be at least a little wider than your body, and almost a foot longer. Average sizes range from 72 "-86" (162 cm-194 cm) in length and about 21 "-39" (47 cm-88 cm) in width. Models that slide easily and provide straps for carrying are very convenient.

Why Pilates Ball?

The training ball used to be called that. A large round rubber ball was sometimes (incorrectly) called a ball. But, again, the real Pilates ball will be slightly different.

To control the balls of previous years were flimsy for throwing or skating. Pilates balls designed for you. When you lie on your stomach or back to do the exercises, they offer a solid pillow, but with a big return. They are made of durable fabric that will not flow or wear after many years of use.

Pilates exercise balls are designed to use accessories such as bungee-cord resistance bands. They are wrapped around the ball, so when you lie on your back, you can grab each end of the cord and do the exercises. This is not controlled by an ordinary exercise ball, because the ball will become unstable and the bungee cord will most likely disappear.

Why Ring Pilates?

Again, with Pilates resistance rings (sometimes called magic rings or some other name), they are equally suited to the resistance bands, but they have peculiar differences.

They usually have the shape of a circular ring with a diameter of about 10-14 inches, usually with a pair of cushions for the handle on opposite sides. This provides a piece of equipment that can offer a wide range of Pilates arms and hands exercises to stretch or squeeze, which helps tone and strengthen.

Like numerous exercises, you can perform several exercises on Pilates without any equipment. But safety, convenience, and getting the most out of your workout make these essential items.
