 Medical passion -2

I sometimes wonder what will happen in the future. Doctors, doctors and doctors. We became addicts of the medical profession. When he was asked to explain this dependence, we will sharply answer: "This is a noble profession." I never deny that the medical profession is noble. Infact, it is the most noble of all. But can we live in a society where everyone is a doctor? Does the work of a doctor really promise a happy life? Is there a better profession? These are questions that we need to answer.

There was a time when parents of the vocation of children for their children were the civil service, engineers, and medicine. Sometimes brood was instead engaged in journalism, art, business or sales. Today, parents and children aspire to a place under the sun IT. Today’s information technology or IT covers all aspects of life, whether at home or in the workplace. IT influences how we study, work, entertain, manage relationships, in other words, it affects how we live. What began as a small network for the Pentagon and US universities became an indispensable force that made the world free. The Internet has really freed a person from the shackles of old economic instruments, such as office, boss, documents, etc. Isn’t this culture wonderful? Doesn't that promise a difficult career? Do we not achieve a good life income, professional satisfaction, social status, personal happiness? Using this profession, we can not bring any benefit to our society? Can we contribute by becoming a doctor?

Our dear parents, when they quit their jobs, had the full bank balance accumulated over the years of their foundation and their remuneration bills. They put about 30-40 years of service for the government or the companies in which they worked. The previous generation took jobs for life. Their growth in an organization often depended on factors other than their own performance, and they could do little. With the growth of business and opportunities, the need for skilled labor has increased. Changes in the workplace have never been faster. The concept of "long term" is a story. It is said that we will no longer have a career, but whole jobs. After BPO and KPO, there are PPOs or outsourcing from people to people. All this has cut the world and destroyed geographical boundaries to make it one huge market. Where do we, the Kashmiris, stand in this market? If we continue to crave only medical, we are not standing anywhere. We need a change - a change that can eliminate all this craze and evasion for the medical profession. Like traditional, new opportunities can provide a decent career and a comfortable life for our young people. It is a pity that in our elite conscripts there are good teachers, but there are no career counselors that are an integral part of a student’s life. My advice to all my fellow students is to shed hypocrisy to look at education as a noble profession and instead consider it as a commercial enterprise. Education is no longer considered a social or charitable service. Let frankness. Mere doctors in the state will not help in any way. Other options open up before us. We need generosity and farsightedness.

If the 1980s and 1990s were the epochs of doctors and engineers, the 21st century belonged to the professionals of the new age. The consultants agree that the new wave of rumble is aimed at striving for a new career, an endless desire that continues to grow every year. It is a pity that our people lack this desire. For them, working in a private organization is a shame and a government. work is a matter of pride and happiness. When will we get out of this illusion? The glaring reality is that private institutions play an important role in higher education. About 75% of the growth of education is in the private sector, since the government has officially abandoned its responsibility. We have just seen the possibility of privatization in our state in the form of several communication service providers. Microsoft Windows opened the door for the average person to access a large amount of information that the Internet contained and used for commercial use. Microsoft Office Internet Explorer, which bought information in one click for a student or housewife who could use the Web to learn or earn money. Despite access to a sea of information, we calm down a little knowledge of the little things we possess. Some of us didn’t even bother to look beyond medicine and technology. Parents have ever cared about finding new career options for their children. Times have changed, but their passion for medicine was not. They need doctors, doctors and doctors. The youth in 1980 indulged in politics and did not hurry to learn. A parent who finances a ward aged 26–30 years, holds a legal position, or seeks to become a civil servant is the norm. Today the public service is not so charming; young people start studying at the age of 20-22 and sometimes self-finance their higher studies. For others, there are new models for mobile phones or motorcycles that you can choose and buy. These children, with their enormous purchasing power, fuel the growth of white goods and thus accumulate a digital revolution.

There are so many other new courses, such as nanotechnology and biotechnology. As India becomes a global center for pharmaceuticals and is becoming a recognized name in the wine and dairy sectors, the demand for skilled people in industry areas such as herbal microbial research and fermentation technology is growing. There are new practices in aviation - both on the flight and on the ground. The field of electronics is expanding more than ever. Today, we are more and more dependent on gadgets at home or at work. It’s hard to imagine life without a mobile phone, computer, digital camera and iPod. Another major attraction is the hospital management sector, since many of them appear in the private sector rather than in the traditional system of government. With the proliferation of television channels, the demand for mass communications witnessed a take-off. Over the past decade or so, media research and mass communication research have moved away from being a full-time, career-oriented hobby or part-time course.

The idea of a noble profession is good, but to see that a qualified doctor protesting in the enclave of the press is not so good. Creating a career requires not only hard work, but also planning and consulting. This does not mean that you kill your desires to honor your parents. We are the only animals on the planet who lead such rich inner lives that they are not the events that are important to us, but rather how we interpret those events that will determine how we think the battle itself and how we act in future. One of the things that makes us so special is our remarkable ability to adapt, transform, manipulate objects or ideas to create something more pleasant and useful. The problem is that most of us base our decisions on what to do with what pain or pleasure can give in the short run, not in the long run. To succeed in a real sense, we need to break the wall of short-term pain in order to get long-term pleasure. Our youth have great potential that needs to be diverted in the right direction. Let them allow them to freely exercise their interests.
